LUIS BRITO CORREIA ADVOGADOS

We are a group of independent lawyers working together, whenever useful for our clients, and sharing common personnel, equipment and expenses.

We all have at least a license degree in Law and are “advogados” (lawyers/barristers/solicitors), members of the Portuguese “Ordem dos Advogados” (Portuguese Law Society/Bar Association), allowed to practice in the whole country.

We render lawyers services in all areas of law, including advice, drafting and negotiation of contracts, promotion of formalities before notaries, registrars, tax authorities and other public authorities and private entities, litigation and arbitration.

We all know English and or French; some also know German, Italian and Spanish.

With us works one “solicitador”, allowed to promotion of formalities before notaries, registrars, tax authorities and other public authorities and litigation in simple cases. He also is authorized to sign and give “public faith” to all kind of legal documents, certify translations and testify the authenticity of any copies necessary to instruct some legal acts.
