Robert Kayser has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2009.

He studied at the Franco-German Law Center of Saarland University and at the University of Paris-II Panthéon-Assas wit a Mester 2 in European Law.

Robert hold an LLM (Magister Legum) form the Humboldt University of Berlin. He also worked from 2009 to 2012 in one of the most renowned commercial law firms in Luxembourg, first i tax and corporate law, then in ligitation. In 2012, he joined a law firm with a long tradition of advising various national and international players in the financial center as well as private individuals. 

From 2015 to 2024, he was a founding partner of a law firm in Luxembourg City before setting up his own law firm.

Civil law and commerical law (employment law, real estate law including tenancy, co-ownership and construction law as well as family law). He has particular interest in matters of inheritance law. Robert also advises his clients on corporate law and asset structuring (advice and ligitation) as well as corporate law asst structuring. Through networks of legal and financial professionals in Switzerland and abroad, he will be able to guide his clients to the solutions that best suit their needs. Robert is a member of several international law networks and the German Bar Association (“DAV”) Luxembourg. In his private life, Robert enjoys classical music, movies and hiking. As a Luxembourger, he speaks and writes French, German, English and Luxembourgish. He also speaks Spanish, Italian and Dutch.
